Current schedule

Don’t see a class that fits your desired time, date or location? We also offer long and short-term onsite Tai Chi or Qigong classes. Recently, we have conducted short-term introductory classes at Boston Scientific (both Maple Grove and Minnetonka) for Asian Heritage Month and the Hennepin County Library System. We also conduct classes at Senior Living Residences, Senior Centers, and Community Centers in various cities.

In addition to the classes below, we currently are conducting classes at Avidor Active 55+ Adult Community (Minnetonka) and the Eden Prairie Community Center (Senior Center). If you are interested in bringing Tai Chi, Tai Chi Ruler, Tai Chi Bang Stick, and/or Qigong to your place of business, church or organization, please contact us.
