Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that integrates mind and body, improving health and energy and promoting harmony. It improves circulation, respiration, metabolism, bone and muscle strength, posture, balance, flexibility, coordination and increases awareness.  The movements are graceful and flowing.

Today’s world is a stressful place for everyone whether or not they have a chronic mental or physical condition. People are living longer.
