Start: July 8 (Wednesdays) 6:30 pm

Demo: June 24, 2026 - 6:30 pm

Tai Chi & Qigong Mix it Up!
(includes Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, Qigong, and Tai Chi Forms, etc)

$50 for six classes, $10 per class for drop-ins

Drop-In Classes

Weather permitting outdoor (otherwise inside the Clubhouse) drop-in classes (with appropriate social distancing) will be held at the Regency Woods Clubhouse, 2200 Plymouth Road in Minnetonka.
