Advanced Tai Chi Ruler
Advanced Tai Chi Ruler Exercises. As always the Ruler is held between the palms (Lao Gong point). Weight pours from the heel to the toe going forward and toe to heel when going backwards. Shoulders and elbows dropped. The Ruler is the focal point and guides the flow of Qi. In a few of these faster exercises, the Ruler is used to deflect and redirect an incoming force.
