Eight Brocades
Eight Brocades/Ba Duan Jin - A Healing Qigong Starting and ending with meditation is optional. Women left hand over the Dantian, men right hand over the Dantian. Gather qi and clearing between postures. Recommend starting with 5 repetitions of each posture. Increase repetitions as you desire (staying within your comfort level).
