Sun Tai Chi for Arthritis 2 to practice along with. Be sure that you are comfortable with the moves in TCA 1 prior to starting TCA 2. Pay particular attention to your weight-shifting and pivots. Ensure that you are not pivoting on a toe, when the move calls for a heel pivot. Never pivot on a weighted foot. Clear differentiation between an empty and full foot is very important.
