Sun TCA 2 Skillbuilder

Fine tune your Sun Tai Chi for Arthritis 2 form. This skillbuilder demonstrates Single Whip through Brush Knee Left, followed by Single Whip through Brush Knee Right. Practice along with me as we go through these exercises twice. Be careful when pivoting from an empty to a full foot. Never pivot on a weighted foot.
