Sun Tai Chi for Arthritis Warm Ups

It is important to warm up anytime you practice. We do two exercises (3 repetitions) each for the neck, the shoulders, the spine, the hips, the knees, and the ankles. It is important for both your body, mind, and relaxation. These exercises can be used for most forms and can also stand alone.
