Attention/Preparation to Crosshands. I did this video a bit slower so that you could see my hands and the weight shifts better. Movements of the entire body are controlled and as if moving against a slight resistance. Movements are generated in the Dantian and expressed by the hands. The body moves as a unit. Posture is relaxed but erect. My steps are a bit shorter (particularly with parry and punch) because I had limited camera range. Take the steps your body is comfortable with, always staying within your comfort zone. Watch your hands when you Withdraw after the punch. The left hand slides below the right hand as they come back together.
