Yang Crosshands to Golden Roosters/Rollback

Starting with Crosshands into Embrace Tiger Return to Mountain, steps don’t need to be long, just be sure you don’t cross one foot in back of the other. Always pay attention to the weight shifts. For example, in Waving Hands, the weight is where the hands are. The body moves as a unit. Squatting Single Whip does not need to be low. When we go too low, we can easily break the flow of Qi and alignment. Golden Roosters are best done when you focus on rooting into the foot on the ground with a relaxed (slightly bent) knee. My movements here are fairly quick. Once you are comfortable with the movements, try doing them slowly. Always stay within your comfort zone.
