Yang Repulse Monkey Skillbuilder
Perfect your Repulse Monkey. This is an opportunity to work on your Repulse Monkey movement. First the movement is demonstrated, then the feet, then the hands, before putting it all together to practice the full three movements! Be careful when you step back (toe-heel) not to step behind your front foot. During the hand movements, keep the elbow open and don’t swing the arm back out of alignment with the body. The movement is generated by the Dantian, and the body moves as a unit. Stay within your comfort zone, and call or email with questions.
