Yang Short Form - Part 4
Attention through Punch Down. This is a set to practice with (without detailed instruction). Depending on the circumstances before you practice, you may find your self going a bit faster (as I am in the video). Best to eliminate distractions by finding a quiet space (not a park!). Slower is better as it allows you to focus on each move, especially as you are learning. You can practice at different speeds, as long as you pay attention to weight shifting and pivoting. Stay within your comfort zone, and email or call with any questions.
