Repulse Monkey through Fan Through Back. Be sure on Diagonal Flying that your right foot is more forward that your left. Step up for an adjustment step before starting Repulse Monkey. Hands of Waving Hands are demonstrated (without feet). I exaggerated the movements for clarity (shoulders should not be moving quite so much). In Needles at Sea Bottom, be sure that you are weighted in the back foot, not letting the front foot cross in front of the back. Fan Through Back shifts the weight from the back foot to the front as the hands rise into position. Stay within your comfort level and call or email with any questions.
